QuickNyaya Arbitration & Mediation

Terms of use

Last updated 16 October 2026

1. Who we are

QuickNyaya is an online dispute resolution platform for arbitration and mediation, operated by Legodesk Technologies Pvt Ltd, India ("QuickNyaya", "we"). These terms apply to everyone who uses the platform: claimants and their teams, respondents, arbitrators, mediators and QuickNyaya staff.

2. The QuickNyaya Rules

Every case on the platform is conducted under the QuickNyaya Rules in force when the case is filed, and under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. If these terms and the Rules differ on how a case is run, the Rules apply.

3. Your account

  • Give true and complete details, and keep your email and mobile number current.
  • Keep your sign-in codes and passwords to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
  • If you register for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to act for it.
  • Tell us at once at support@quicknyay.com if you think your account is misused.

4. Using the platform

You agree not to:

  • file false, misleading or forged claims, documents or evidence;
  • contact an arbitrator or mediator about a case outside the platform;
  • upload anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share;
  • try to reach accounts, cases or data that are not yours, or disrupt the service.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and keep the case record intact.

5. Notices and communications

Case notices, orders and awards are sent by email (and, where enabled, by SMS) to the addresses given for each party, and are also shown on the platform. These are service messages about your case; they are not marketing, and you cannot opt out of them while you are a party to a case.

6. Fees

Fees are set out in the QuickNyaya fee schedule shown when a case is filed. Fees paid are not refunded except as the Rules provide.

7. Independence of arbitrators

QuickNyaya is an arbitral institution, not a recovery agency. Arbitrators and mediators are appointed by an independent committee and decide cases on their own judgment; we do not influence their decisions.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available and secure, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for the outcome of any case.

9. Your personal data

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy notice.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will tell registered users of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: support@quicknyay.com.
